Feature Requests

I would like to have the ability to send photos or attachments directly through Pango messenger. This feature would make it easier to share additional information or images with buyers without having to create a new listing or update an existing one.

When listing multiple books by the same author, it would be helpful to have hashtags auto-populate to save time and effort. This feature would streamline the process of adding books and improve efficiency.

To enhance the organization of my store, I would like the ability to sort author names alphabetically. This feature would make it easier for customers to browse and find books by their favorite authors.

It would be beneficial to have the option to pin certain books in my store to highlight them. This feature would help in promoting specific titles and attracting more interest from customers.

I primarily use the app to buy and sell books, but I find it frustrating to do everything from my phone. It would be much easier to have a website version where I can look up ISBN numbers and book information, especially for special editions without barcodes. Updating pictures and book information online would be quicker and less frustrating than typing on my phone.

I find it frustrating that I can't add sold-out books to my wishlist. The purpose of a wishlist is to keep track of items I want, especially those that are currently unavailable. It would be great if I could add sold-out books to my wishlist to easily find them when they become available again.

There are instances where books are labeled incorrectly, such as a hardcover book being marked as a paperback. It would be beneficial to have an option to flag these discrepancies within the app, allowing users to report and correct labeling errors. This feature would enhance the accuracy of book listings.

As a seller, I find the current shipping options limiting, especially since priority mail is expensive. It would be beneficial if Pango could allow first-class mail as a shipping option, similar to how bookish items are shipped as media mail. This would provide a more affordable and flexible shipping choice for sellers.

I would like to have access to detailed analytics about my listings. This would help me understand how my books are performing and make informed decisions to improve my sales.

I would like to organize my shop into sections according to genre or book type. This would make it easier for customers to find what they're looking for and enhance their shopping experience.
