I appreciate the intent behind a customer loyalty program, but the new Pango Points system is insane. To get 2000 points, I would have to use my 500-point birthday reward and also spend between $100-$150, depending on whether I use sales earnings or not, in under one year, just to get......a $5 book credit? And, maybe craziest of all, shipping and tax costs are excluded from earning points? Who is this even for?
