This has been a feature on the PangoBooks app for quite some time, but sellers can now update a shipment's tracking number on web!
This is particularly for sellers who purchase their own shipping labels. To learn more about using your own label, see our help center.
Sellers, we're working on ways to help you organize your bookstores and we're thrilled to share you can now pin up to 10 listings to the top of your shop!
Pin listings by navigating to your storefront and selecting the pin icon at the top left of the listing.

WEB: Export your sales by status/date
Sellers can now export their sales data directly from the Account → Sold Listings page on WEB. Export your sales by status (Open/Shipped/Completed) or by date range!
This update is especially helpful for sellers who manage inventory outside of Pango or want to analyze their sales activity in spreadsheets. Download your report in either CSV or JSON format.
What’s included in the export:
- order number
- book title
- author
- ISBN
- listing price
- total amount buyer paid
- shipping amount
- tax amount
- seller's earnings
- buyer's username
- date purchased
- date shipped
- book format
- book condition
- book category
We hope this report gives sellers a clearer view of their inventory and sales performance without needing to check each order individually!
We built this update with our super sellers in mind, but we think every PangoBooks seller will love it!
Your Sold Books screen is now organized by order status:
Open
, Shipped
, Completed
, and Canceled
. Just use the buttons at the top to quickly switch between statuses and see exactly what needs your attention.App:

Whether you're packing orders, tracking shipments, or reviewing completed sales, it's now much easier to stay organized as your Pango bookstore grows.
Sellers, we've made printing your shipping label a bit more flexible! Directly from the Order Details screen, you will now have three options when you select "Print My Shipping Label."
Both the "Label Only" option and the "Label + Instructions" are formatted for standard printer paper, but "Label Only" removes the instructions to save on ink.
If you have a dedicated label printer, the "Label Printer" format will generate a 4x6 label without margins. You should be able to send this format directly to your label printer!
If you're looking for other options, you can still find "Get a QR code" and "Label format downloads" in the bottom menu!
Buyers can now send offers directly on items in your store. You’re in control of whether offers are allowed and the minimum cart total required.
How it works
- Turn on buyer-initiated offers from Account → Offers(app or web)
- Set a minimum cart amount required before a buyer can send an offer
- Toggle the feature on or off anytime
- When a buyer submits an offer, store-specific discounts won’t apply to that order.
Managing offers
Head to Account → Offers → Buyer to:
- Review incoming offers from buyers
- Track offers you’ve sent in other stores
Timing & flow
- Sellers have 24 hours to accept, decline, or counter an offer
- Accepted offers give buyers 24 hours to complete checkout
- Counteroffers stay open for 24 hours before expiring
- No response? The offer expires automatically.
Want more guidance on pricing your inventory or insights into which books are selling fastest on PangoBooks? You can now access these tools directly in the PangoBooks app! Previously available only on the web, Market Guide and Pricing Hub have officially made their way to mobile. To find them, scroll to the end of the category menu, tap More Categories, and scroll down to Market Guide and Pricing Hub.
Hide your return address
Some sellers have expressed concerns about their return address on their shipments. We hear you!
You can now use PangoBooks' corporate address on your shipping labels
. Opt in from your Profile on web. (Note: This is not available in the app yet!) Toggle the switch next to "Hide return address on label." Your account will still show your state as the "Ship from" state, but the return address on the label will be our address. 
If a book is returned to sender, it will come to our team. We'll work with the buyer or seller (or both!) to find a resolution on your behalf.
View sold books
Curious about the kinds of books a seller usually sells? See their sold inventory by toggling to this new page on their bookstore! This is only available on web right now, not in app.
Our most recent app update improved several functions across the PangoBooks app.
Swipe back navigation
Moving around the app is now smoother. You can swipe back to return to the previous screen (just like Instagram). Faster browsing and less tapping means more time for reading books!
Customize your bookstore
Add personality to your bookstore so it better reflects your style! Choose from various banner styles and colors. More to come.
Deep links
We've improved our deep link support so the PangoBooks app can open directly to the right page from links shared across the web.

You'll see some changes to your bookstore on web. We've added customizable banners and a new layout of your About section!
Use the edit pencil in the banner to select your new bookstore banner. To update your About section and profile photo, use the edit pencil next to your profile photo.
