Has anyone else experienced duplicates or jumping in Offers? On the app, my offers list is seemingly infinite, and showing the same books over and over again.

I just discovered I can use the web site, so I don't have that problem when I use the laptop, but there's another issue. I am entering dollar amounts lower than 20 percent off. I always use round numbers, but some of my offers are being lowered by a few cents.

Any ideas?
