Require buyers to pay at the time they initiate an offer

A user who submits an offer should have to put their payment and shipping info in when submitting an offer so that the sale will immediately go through if it is accepted. Otherwise, the offer system is prone to abuse by buyers with no real interest in actually buying. On the flip side, it also allows a book to be bought by someone else while a bundle offer is pending, meaning I lose out on selling a bundle of books and the potential buyer losing out on a great deal. Then there's the issue of multiple people making offers that include the same book.
As a seller, when I send an offer, I've committed to the sale. Buyer-initiated offers should be treated the same.

I so agree!! Why make us accept the offer that they submitted back to them and now we have to wait for them to accept or reject it. If you make an offer they should already have their info set up so when we do accept the offer it takes the payment. Just like Poshmark does it. It makes no sense for the offer to go back to the buyer if you have accepted the offer

Offers should be binding

Hello I think like on all other platforms that when a buyer initiates and summits an offer it should be binding and charged like any other sell thanks for your time

Yes. This. There is no point in a buyer offer if they haven’t committed to purchasing the book if you accept what they are offering. Sending it back to the buyer to then decide whether or not to purchase the book is ridiculous. It’s like now when they message you asking if you will take a certain price for a book and then never responding to you after you say yes. If they make the offer, they need to understand, like on other platforms, if the seller accepts then they have committed to buying the item.
