It's so confusing that if I as a seller "accept" an offer a potential buyer "sent," they can ignore it and the purchase will not go through. I assume this is confusing for buyers as well.

My first preference would be for Pango to treat buyer offers as real offers, ie require the buyer to commit to purchasing (putting in payment and shipping info) when sending an offer. It should be just like a regular purchase with no ability to cancel or back out of the order.

Barring that, Pango should really change the terminology. Under the current system, a buyer isn't really sending, not is a seller accepting, the offer: a buyer is requesting that a seller send them an offer (which the buyer may then accept or reject, just like a seller-initiated offer). So, instead of the buyer's option being to "send offer," it should be to "request offer"—and instead of the seller's option being to "accept offer," it should be to "send offer" (the current countering and denying options wouldn't change).

I think this would at least make the whole system much more clear.
