I would like to have the ability to view a buyer's cart or shelf and make an offer on multiple books they have placed there from my bookstore. This feature would enhance my selling experience by allowing me to provide tailored offers to buyers based on their interests.

Currently sellers cannot view buyers that have interest in multiple books in their carts or on their bookshelves.

Allow sellers to send offers for books on shelves

Right now, you can only send offers to people who have your books in their carts. However, it would be very beneficial to be able to send offers to people who have placed the book in one of their shelves as well. That would potentially get the book sold and benefit both the seller and Pango.

David Kalt just some feedback - I saw this feature and set my minimum to $6 on a bundle and yet today received an offer on 1 item for $5. Will it not block low offers even if we set a price?
David Kalt
Jessica Reiche thanks Jessica, you are correct, that offer
Should not have made it thru. We will

We are very close to releasing a buyer initiated offers. This way buyers can make offers on items directly to sellers for multiple items. Sellers will have the ability to opt into this feature. Buyer initiated offers is our solution to this request.

David Kalt. Sellers ALSO need to be able to initiate offers. And we need the option to offer a set dollar amount off, not just a percentage.
Wormy's Recycled Books
Kelly Green Agreed. Sellers should be able to initiate these types of offers to entice a reluctant customer to make the purchase. Making this a buyer only option ham-strings sellers to the whim of the buyers. Many customers may not know how to or think of making an offer. Sellers having this ability closes that gap. If security is a concern, carts could be shown to sellers anonymously, so I can see you want several things from my store, but don't know who you are until the transaction is completed.
This option has a real ability to increase sales: a win-win-win for the buyer, seller and PB.
