Fix Saved Search Notifications

- Please fix the multiple notification results of saved search notifications.
- Please make the notification come when someone lists the book.
I have 17 notifications of a new result of a book in the last hour coming in about every 4 mins. Last time I got a saved search notification was over 2 days ago for this book. However, the newest result was listed 16 hours ago. I deleted my saved searchs for now hoping it stops the multiple notifications but also wish the notifications occurs when the book was listed.

Apologies for the confusion here! We were working on optimizing the saved search feature and some users may have received multiple notifications. It should be fixed moving forward.
