Currently, shop discount can apply to all orders (10% of all orders) or activate at a certain dollar/ percentage amount (ex. $5 off when you spend $25+ or (20% off when you spend $30). This feature would allow sellers to get rid of stock that isn't selling well since most pango seller usually sell to bookstores when books don't sell for a long time
