It would be great to have the ability to apply higher level discounts or free shipping based upon the number of items a customer purchases rather than just the total amount spent so I can incentivize people to order as many books as possible at one time.

My top priority is moving books out of my house. I would rather give a 25% discount to someone buying 5 or more book than making them hit a dollar threshold.

Can get set up a tiered discount based on the number of items people are purchasing from me rather than basing it off of the dollar amount they're spending?

I agree! I would consider making an offer to a buyer who has several books in their cart.
