I end up manually re-sending offers on the same books multiple times, I think a lot of times because those listings are just parked in the same buyers' carts.

When I initially send an offer, I'd like to be able to opt in to re-sending that same offer to the same person as it becomes eligible. (I don't necessarily want to auto-send offers to new buyers, especially if that would mean them immediately getting the offer and it then essentially being a permanent price adjustment—though perhaps some delayed auto-offer option would also be useful.)
