Adding an “order acknowledged” feature

I had an issue recently with a no contact seller not responding to my message regarding shipping after day 3. After I told them if I didn’t hear back in 24 hours, I would cancel, they were really rude and said they always ship at 5 days and it’s never been a problem. Which I would have been ok with had that just been communicated. I think it would be a good idea to add a “order acknowledged” button so that the buyer knows the seller has at least seen their order even if they don’t message them. I really hope you can make this happen. We already select when we confirm shipping. I think putting it right above there would be perfect.
