Hi, I am requesting the option to have a comment section under items. For an example, the way the Poshmark app allows buyers to comment on items over private messaging. This could potentially help both the buyer have a public record of conversation about the book and the seller can have an opportunity to showcase their customer service skills and build better rapport with potential buyers.

This can also show other potential buyers that this seller has been recently active and could serve as a quick FAQ reference for any flaws/special features of the item (which may have been overlooked on the listing description)

I am also requesting that there is a “odor” category added to the quality section to let buyers know if a book has a strong odor. I think this is really important to collectors and typical buyers both. I think it will create a stronger trust between PangoBooks and their users.

Please consider the odor button if not the comment feature.
